Had a great month in June!! It's the season for buying & selling homes!! I've been super busy. Realtors do a lot more than many think. I had a client that had to leave the state immediately for a family medical emergency, so I spent 2 hrs. cleaning their home to get it ready for the photographer for them, I had one client with termite damage so was ripping a wall out for her another I got in the attic to clean the furnace drain pan and drain line out, power washed a driveway and dealing with plumbing, termite moisture and heating and air and general repairs on 5 jobs!! I do love my job and all the people I meet and help, I even helped a neighbor of 1 of my clients by nailing post in the ground so she could hang her large Birthday yard sign haha
