I got to spend some much needed time away this week with friends and family. I got an offer accepted for a buyer client in Elizabeth City while I was there.

I get to meet the nicest people through selling real estate! I was able to list and sell this home on the timeline the seller needed to move on to the next stage of life. We had multiple offers. The 1st contract fell through because the buyer and seller couldnt agree on repairs for price of the house. Multiple offers again. The 2nd contract met all our needs with price, repairs, closing date. Both sides are happy! Communication is key.

This beautiful home went under contract over list price with no contingencies and guaranteed purchase price regardless of appraisal (but it did appraise). My client was more than satisfied with the process from pre-listing communication to closing on a date that fell within his scheduled moving date.
