Wow. A home inspection costs a few hundred dollars. This one potentially saved a life. Sharing this from Range Inspections LLC because it's a perfect example of why home inspections matter. What looks perfectly fine during a walkthrough can hide issues that nobody would ever see coming, and in this case, it turned into a real safety concern that needed immediate attention.
