With no offers, and against better judgement, we kept it. Flash forward, it appraised for $1,500,000 and that was 2 years ago . Real estate is one of the best investments you can make for yourself .

It just appraised in 2022 for $1,500,000 📈. Real estate is truly one of the best Investments you can make .
