Sometimes it takes a while to find the perfect house, but other times you find it right away! I think we only looked at houses for a week before finding this hidden gem and my buyers immediately knew it was the one! So, after many months of waiting, saving, and watching houses come and go, it was a great pleasure to be able to give the keys over to this sweet couple!

💡We got our offer accepted in part because my buyers were willing to do a "Seller In Possession" - allowing the sellers to stay in the house after they closed for a pre-determined amount of time while the sellers waited for their new home to be available. Gifting the sellers with extra time to move out can sometimes be the difference maker in an offer - but it all comes down to communication between both agents to help strike the best deal for our clients!

WE MADE IT!!! My buyer might have had to pull out his Superman cape at the last minute but we got it done! As you can see in the following slides, my buyers sweet cats are VERY excited for this move and are taking their guard duties very seriously 😻

💡This one required a serious hustle from my buyers as well as some intense trust in me, and I am so grateful we were able to make this house their home! My buyers had to take a leap of faith, another Superman (& Superwoman!) move, to buy this house BEFORE their existing house was in escrow. Negotiating the details of this transaction while I was at Disneyland definitely helped sprinkle a little pixiedust on this transaction and we were able to make it happen in 20 days!

If you're SELLING, Now is the time to list with a 💪COMPETITIVE💪 price! The market is still moving, but just at a slower pace. Pricing and curb appeal/simple staging is key!

If you're a BUYER - take advantage of the deals out there! Find those homes that have been sitting for a few weeks and you can probably get some price flexibility!
