Maybe it’s time we stop talking so much about the market… and start talking about YOU. 🏑✨

Yes, I watch the market. Every. Single. Day.

I’m scouring the MLS, studying inventory, watching interest rates, tracking pricing, studying neighborhoods and making sure I know my craft inside and out.

Because that’s my job.

But here’s what I’ve really had on my heart this year:

Real estate isn’t one size fits all.

Every transaction I do is tailor made to the person sitting across from me.

I want to know your budget.
I want to know your preferred school district.
I want to know what your life looks like five years from now.
I want to know what you think you want and sometimes, even more importantly, what you don’t realize you need yet.

Because when I truly know my clients, I can see things they may not see.

And that has happened over and over again.

In fact, the last few homes I’ve sold, I found the house. I brought my clients to it, they were actively participating in the search πŸ” but they never even considered the one that I said β€œhey meet me at this one”.

Sometimes it wasn’t exactly what they thought they were looking for. Sometimes they were all over the place and couldn’t quite put their finger on what felt right.

So we talked.
We tuned in.
We dialed it in.

And then we found their home.

We wrote offers with closing cost assistance.
We wrote offers below asking price.
We negotiated.
We got creative.

Because you just never know what’s possible until you actually try. ❀️

After 19 years in this business, so much of my business has come from repeat clients and the people they’ve trusted me enough to send my way.

And I think that says something.

It says that people don’t just want someone who knows the market.

They want someone who knows them.

So yes, I’ll continue watching the interest rates.
I’ll continue studying the inventory.
I’ll continue knowing the numbers.
