It’s been a busy couple weeks, I have been working with a wonderful gentleman in his 90’s 😬. We sold his home in 24 hours and now we have an accepted offer on his new property! It’s been a roller coaster of a ride but I think he is going to love his new home with his partner. 🙌🏻

Yesterday my mom, Elba and I worked hard on marketing for my real estate and solar business. I created the new logo but we got to thinking I needed a new tagline since my moms is “Just a girl… who loves homes” I needed a tagline to match the marketing material and it had to represent real estate and solar! Big shout out to Ethen Sanchez! This last escrow would not have been possible or as smooth as it was without him! Ethen is an amazing lender, he does fully underwritten approvals. This means when you start placing offers buyers are almost guaranteed to get escrows closed quickly and smoothly. So amazing! Here are just a handful of kindergartners who were blessed with backpacks and school supplies! I truly have an amazing group of people around me, without you all none of this could have been possible. Not only were we able to help TWO kindergarten classes but other children at the school who may not have been able to afford them! I am forever grateful! ♥️✏️
