We are starting to see a market shift. There are indicators that the sellers market we have been in for 2 years is over.
Let's look at the facts.
1. Yes, home prices have gone up, significantly.
2. So has RENT.
3. Interest rates are higher than they've been the last 2 years.
4. RENTING is 100% INTEREST.
**** It is ALWAYS a good time to buy****
You can marry the house, and date the rate.
What that means is, make a little sacrifice now, and refinance when rates go lower again. RATES WILL EVENTUALLY LOWER AGAIN.

I know it's not mansion on the beach, but hear me out. Purchase this LARGE property with a low down payment option, and rent out 2 of the 3 units, and only come out of pocket for about 1/3 of the total mortgage each month. Total money saver! In today's market, renting out 2 or all of these units will be no problem at all, and you know that I'm right. It's also zoned to have another unit added, in case you want more rental income, or more space for family.
