For the most part, the market moves in herds. Are warmer, greener pastures really over the next little hill? We would be surprised to see a stampede but we also see all the pent up equity in the market with some sheep dogs out there that could move it around.

Here's a question for you...We've seen truckloads of market dropouts, not just on the buyer side....expired listings are at crazy high numbers. Do you think those people just went away? We don't either.
