This made me giggle, but sometimes it is true. Sometimes tenants think it is best to gather together all of their friends and family and rent a big house together. Lately I have been hearing from a lot of people who tried that and found out it just was not worth it and once a portion of the people decide to move out, that leaves the remaining in a bad financial situation often forcing them to move as well. Find a place that is the right fit for you and/or your immediate family. Some rent prices are actually coming down to make things more affordable and there are assistance programs for those who qualify as well.
