Hello,
I am sure everyone is aware, substantial rains are expected this weekend, beginning Saturday night and continuing through Monday. We want to make sure everyone stays safe and any property damage is reported to management. If you notice a roof leak, please take photographs and fill out a work order on email. Please note roofers will not go on the roof during the storm for their own safety, so any roof issues will be looked at after the rains. Please also be aware of any water coming in from windows or under doors.
Also, please secure anything on your patio or porch that may be blown away by the strong winds.
Thank you in advance!
