I grew up in a suburb of LA, my father was a Torrance police officer and my "stay at home" mother was my Girl Scout leader. I was a Girl Scout for 10 years and I earned the highest award in Girl Scouting, the Gold Award, my senior year in High School. At 23, after graduating from El Camino College, I married and moved to Rosarito Beach, Mexico, where for the next 14 years, owned and operated “Just

for the Halibut” restaurant. Along the way I became fluent in Spanish and Mexican culture and embraced raising my 2 children bilingually and bicultural. Real Estate fell into my lap after my daughter went off to pre-school and I found myself with extra time on my hands. A local developer in Rosarito convinced me to interview with the local real Estate office and at the end of that interview you could say I was bitten by the Real Estate bug. With my love of design and architecture and my passion to work with people it just made sense! I earned the Top Producer spot my first year out and after two years was brought on board with the Rosarito Beach Hotel, Condo Hotel Project as Head Sales Manager where I was involved from architectural conception to completion of a 22 story luxury tower over a 2 year period. In 2009, after 20 years abroad, I made the decision to move to North County San Diego where my kids and I settled into our new home in Shadowridge. I volunteer at the local food bank every Thursday and I am also active in the Vista High Noon Rotary Club. I recently purchased a stand up paddle board and enjoy going out on the local lagoons. North County suits me and my family well and I enjoy working in this beautiful area we call "HOME". Awards And Designations

This deal was really, REALLY stressful for the seller. A pending foreclosure, a failed attempt to sell with another agent, time running out, and lots of moving pieces to get her into a rental.
Sometimes we have to keep things together with pure will, a lot of hand holding, patience, and strategic negotiating to get to the finish line 🏁

Interesting article regarding discount brokerages (Zillow, Redfin) and their fall from grace in profits.
It ties back to the old adage "you get what you pay for."
Discount means discounted service.
I give 200% to my clients. I negotiate hard, I stategize courses of action, hold hands, and manage emotions and expectations.
None of these attributes can be found with a discount brokerage, yet buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful to navigate.

“Tech” real-estate broker Compass and “tech” renters-insurance-seller Lemonade collapsed too. All eyes on Better.com’s delayed S**C deal. I can’t wait.
