I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Friday closings are the best! Congrats to my clients who scored an awesome deal on a great house. They got this house $20,000 under asking with a $20,000 credit so they could buy down their rate. They now have an amazing home on half an acre and I couldn’t be more thrilled for them. I had no idea what to expect for career day in the kindergarten classroom and it was really fun! It’s amazing to see first hand the little one’s minds at work!

I told them all the great things about my career and they loved it. Lots and lots of questions. Also in true kindergarten fashion, the conversation included spiders and haunted houses! LOL

And who knows? Maybe there is a little future Realtor in there now!
