I’ve got a handful of new faces so I’d thought I would introduce myself! Hey! I’m Amy Tatro, a licensed Realtor® with and co-owner of based in East Tennessee. I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, investors, and renters find their place—and peace of mind—in our growing community.

I grew up in the beautiful Jackson County, NC, and in 2011 graduated from Liberty University, where I met my husband, . We got married in 2013 an in 2015, made the move to Maryville, TN for a fresh start. Like many, we faced the weight of major student loan debt. In 2020, fueled by determination (and a lot of coffee), I earned my real estate license while we tackled our financial goals head-on. By 2021, we proudly became consumer debt free—a milestone that deepened my passion for helping others make smart, life-changing real estate decisions. In 2024, my broker Sam Allen and I officially organized A+ Property Management, LLC. I have been truly blessed in my five-year real estate career, and I couldn’t have done it without God and the support of my peers and family.

Outside of real estate, I love hiking and being in the great outdoors 🦋—preferably when it’s not 100 degrees! I also love to sing, everything from Adele and Patsy Cline to Busta Rhymes (yes, really!). Music and nature both keep me grounded and remind me to enjoy life’s journey. To me, success means more than just closing deals. It’s about having strong relationships, financial freedom, good health, and showing others the love of Christ in all I do.
