When I was little, I used to love building blocks! I guess you could say I was born with the desire to build! As I grew, I developed this passion into building multiple businesses. Over the years, I have started several businesses that have challenged me in different areas, but all of them have added to my professional growth and sustained interest in "building"

Coming to the realization that I h

ave always been drawn to residential real estate was all it took for me to dive into my real estate development business. Laurel Property Management is a company that purchases and rehabs properties that are run-down and dilapidated. The goal is the improve these properties, place qualified tenants and eventually improve impoverished areas. With over $2MM in real estate holdings, we have already created a substantial impact on the areas we have a footprint and we are just getting started! Aside from real estate redevelopment, I have a strong passion for stock/options trading. Over the years, I have studied and trained stock and derivatives trading. Over the years I have honed my trading plan to focus on the methods that suit my personal risk tolerance and skills set. Typically I write cash secured puts, covered calls and credit spreads. Occasionally I will place more complex options trades like iron condors and PMCC's. The goal with my trading is to generate income to reinvest in real estate! So, all in all, I suppose you could say that I am an equity investor junkie! I love what I do and plan to continue working at my craft to get even better!
