We currently have a two-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath townhome available for immediate move-in.

Application fees are now $50, the rent is $950, and there is only a $400 deposit. The resident pays for gas and electricity. We are pet-friendly up to 25 pounds.

We are currently accepting applications for our income-based two-bedroom waitlist. Interested parties can submit their applications at our office located at 1289 Meadowbrook Lane, Wabash, IN 46992. Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Update: the three-bedroom is rented. We do still have the two-bedroom.

RARE AVAILABILITY 2 and 3 bedroom apartment at Meadowlands (our condos). These apartments offer attached garages, 2 bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, dishwashers, and microwaves.
