Update: the three-bedroom is rented. We do still have the two-bedroom.

We currently have a two-bedroom townhouse available for immediate move-in. The rent is $900 per month with a $400 deposit. We are pet-friendly with a weight limit of 25 lbs. Due to the freezing temperatures and drifting snow, our office will be closed today, 01/26/26. We will reopen on 01/27/26 for normal business hours.

Please be respectful and patient with our maintenance crews as they move through the property, removing snow and ice from the walks and drives, as this might take much of the day to fully clear.

If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office at (260)563-8534. If there is no answer, please call the emergency line at (260)330-3301. Our staff will be running emergency maintenance only. Regular maintenance will be completed starting tomorrow.

We currently have a 1-bedroom available for move-in within the next week. This apartment will rent for $800.00 per month. The deposit is $400.00. We pay water, sewer, and trash, while the resident is responsible for gas and electricity.

We are pet-friendly except for certain breeds and weight restrictions. The maximum weight limit is 25 lbs. There are additional charges for pets.
