All new wiring added to this beautiful lathe and plaster, farmhouse dining room and accented with a rustic light fixture. Then we finished the ceiling with shiplap and crown moulding. Painted it black for a unique modern rustic look.

A complete bathroom remodel. Just a couple small leaks over the years and the subfloor had to be replaced, floor joists completely rotted and we moved the shower to make everything more user friendly for such a small space.

Overall a fun project: demo, framing, insulation, drywall, a window, tile, plumbing, electrical and in-floor heat to finish it off!

Quick drywall job. Finished and primed the walls and we added texture to the ceiling.

We do tile repair.

Old tile was poorly installed and came loose. Looks like the mortar was too dry and tiles not set. Eventually all the tile will come loose and need replaced.

A new front/side door. Better seal and more secure, just in case!
