Looking for a property inspector who will take photos of residential properties to determine occupancy and condition. As a property inspector you simply use your own smart phone to take photos and fill out a short form about the property.
Determine if a property is vacant. Rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor. Take photos of the property. Inspections take 5- 10 minutes each, require 2 photos, and a completed submission form, provided by us. $5.00 for each completed submission. We pay by direct pay (ACH) twice a month for each accurate inspection completed. Looking for vacant residential homes in the following counties: Wabash, Miami, Kosciusko, Cass & Huntington.
