This girl is going places! So proud of Savannah and all of her hard work to be able own her first home at 23 years old 👏🏡

After 3 contracts and looking at many, many homes, she finally found the cutest house in Lorena on one acre and a big shop! 🛠️

Big thank you to Jennifer Aleman Salazar - The Mortgage Girl and Hillary at Concierge Title of Texas for working so hard on this file.

🎉🇺🇸🎇

250 Years of Home. Heart. Freedom.

For 250 years, America has been a place where dreams are built, families grow, and memories are made—one home at a time.

This Independence Day, we're celebrating more than our nation's birthday. We're celebrating the neighborhoods that bring us together, the communities we're proud to serve, and the people who make every house feel like home.

Whether you're hosting a backyard barbecue, watching fireworks from the Brazos River, or spending time with loved ones, we hope your day is filled with freedom, gratitude, and unforgettable memories.

Happy 250th Birthday, America! ❤️🤍💙

Welcome to Waco, Vazquez family! 🤠

We met in person just 26 days ago so we’ve obviously put in a lot of work in a short amount of time to find them the perfect home away from home. They were referred to me from a previous client of mine (thank you Adrian A. Rios!!) and it’s just the best vote of confidence I could ask for.

Our town will be better for having them here and I can’t wait to see how they make it their own 🏡

Thank y’all for trusting me with such a big move!

Another move up for our sweet friends, Ben and Maggie! 🎉 I'm thrilled that this all worked out so well for them. We got their home listed quickly, and they followed my advice to a T. Four days after we listed their first home, we got an over-asking-price offer they couldn't turn down, and now they're off to their brand new home built by John Houston Homes 🏡 Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful and unpredictable, but staying focused and flexible was the name of the game with this one, and we all made it in one piece!

Teamwork makes the dream work and there were many people who made these two sales happen. Thankful for Home Abstract & Title Company 🤝

This country charmer in Mt. Calm sold last week and I am so happy for my sellers! They were patient as we knew it would take a special buyer to want to live out that far and the perfect buyer finally came along! Thank you Alamo Title Company - Waco for helping us get to the closing table 🤝 🌾

Big congrats to Duncan and Jessica for buying their first home yesterday! Denise and I met them at an open house just a few weeks ago and they knew what they were looking for. It didn’t take them long to find the one and they found the most perfect, mid-century modern home in a great location. It even has a guest bathroom with original vintage pink tile! 💕 So happy for them!!

Thank you to Denise Norwood Loan Originator - BrinkerTeam NMLS #618316 and Phyllis and her team at Home Abstract & Title Company for all their hard work! I wish they were all this easy 🤠

Congrats to the Rios family and their partners on another successful sale of a home that they so tastefully and thoughtfully renovated for the next owners ✨

We had two very successful open houses and a lot of foot traffic on this one, and everyone said the same thing - they loved the high-quality finishes and design of the house. We had many neighbors stop by to say how happy they were to see this house get the makeover it so deserved.

Thank you Adrian for asking me to help with another one of your investment properties! 🤝

According to the latest NTREIS MLS data, the highest sale ever recorded in the Hidden Valley neighborhood closed last week! 🎉 9010 Canyon Trail has officially sold—what an incredible journey it has been.

Despite the market's ups and downs, we attracted multiple offers, navigated thoughtful negotiations, and ultimately found the perfect buyers for this stunning home. My sellers are thrilled and ready to embark on their next adventure!

It was truly an honor to represent them and showcase this beautiful property. Congratulations to everyone involved!
