Don't make this Mistake‼️

First Time Home Buyer MAJOR WIN. 🙌🏼

This one has been such a victory for my buyer! We started off her home buying journey by securing a different home that turned out…. was NOT the perfect home (THANK YOU HOME INSPECTOR!!🙌🏼). That one had waaaay too many red flags, so we jumped out of that and continued our search!

Just a few days later, this stunning home on Houston St popped up and we both just knew it was a winner! 🤩We were the first showing and the first offer in a multiple offer scenario. I knew she loved it and we wanted to make sure we sealed the deal, so we sent in a strong and clean offer to put our best foot forward. 🤞🏼

The next day we were informed that they wanted to move forward with our offer because of a few reasons:
1. The use of a well known local lender
2. A crisp and clean offer
3. Solid and efficient communication

The crazy thing is that we were NOT the highest offer, but because of these other factors, the seller knew that they wanted to work with us!!! HUGE VICTORY! 🥳
