🚨 IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR BUYERS! 🚨

Starting August 17th, significant changes had been introduced to the home-buying process. All buyers will need to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement before viewing any property. This means that agents will not be able to show any property without first having this agreement signed.

The Buyer Representation Agreement is a contract between you and your REALTOR®️, confirming that you will be working together in the purchase of a property. This agreement outlines the roles, duties, and responsibilities of your agent. It also details the broker's commission, which may be paid by either you or the seller. The commission specified in this agreement represents the maximum amount your broker or agent can receive from the transaction. As you know, commissions have always been negotiable, and your agent could be compensated by the seller or through a concession/credit to you. In some cases, buyers might pay out of pocket—this will all be outlined in the agreement.
