Sometimes the right home is worth the wait. 🏡

I met this sweet client after another property she had hoped to purchase fell through. While it was disappointing at the time, that unexpected change ultimately led her to the perfect place to begin a new chapter in Galveston. 🌊

Through connections with a wonderful agent, she found a home that checked all the boxes and is now so excited for what’s ahead. Even better, her son and daughter-in-law decided to join her in Galveston and purchased a home nearby! 🥰

When it came time to sell her home, we had it under contract after the very first showing and at nearly full price! ✨

It’s always bittersweet saying goodbye to a client, but I couldn’t be more excited for her new chapter. I’m already looking forward to visiting her in her new home and seeing all the memories she creates there! 👏🏼
