The September 2025 market stats are in for the Waco MSA, and there are some solid takeaways worth sharing! ✨
The average sold price jumped to $356,641, a strong 15.7% increase, a great sign of continued appreciation and buyer confidence in this area. The median sold price also rose to $294,750, up 7.4%, signaling that value is holding firm across a variety of price points.
-Homes are moving just a bit faster too, with average days on market dropping to 80—a 3.3% decrease from previous numbers. While it’s not a huge dip, it's a positive shift that suggests buyers are staying engaged and properties are priced more strategically. Whether you're a seller aiming for quicker closings or a buyer looking to act fast, the momentum is real!
- Inventory saw a slight increase with 341 new listings, up 2.4%, giving buyers more options to explore.
Even more notable, withdrawn listings dropped significantly by 22.5%! That’s a great indicator that more homes are successfully making it to the closing table rather than falling off the market. 🙌
