WE CLOSED! 🎉🔑
And this one deserves a little extra celebration.
Some transactions are smooth sailing. Some are complicated. And then there are the ones where you find yourself thinking, “Surely we can’t possibly have one more thing come up…” 😂
This was one of those transactions.
There were inspections, repairs, negotiations, HVAC concerns, difficult conversations, unexpected twists, and more than a few moments where my clients felt like nothing was going their way.
But they kept trusting me. And I kept reminding them: we just have to keep working the problem in front of us.
And that's exactly what we did.
There were moments when it felt like we were taking one step forward and two steps back. But by the time we finally made it to the closing table, we were able to look back at the entire transaction and realize something pretty incredible:
We actually came out ahead.
Some of the things that felt like setbacks along the way ended up working in our favor in ways we couldn't see at the time.
And THAT is why having someone in your corner matters.
My clients were absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. They were patient, reasonable, communicative, and trusted me to advocate for them—even when the transaction got complicated.
Because being your Realtor isn't just about getting you under contract. It's about navigating everything that comes after the contract is signed.
It's asking the hard questions. It's digging into the details. It's bringing in the right professionals. It's negotiating. It's advocating. It's knowing when to push back. And sometimes, it's reminding your clients to hang in there when it feels like nothing is going their way.
And then you get to sit at the closing table, look back at everything that happened, and realize…
We made it. And we did better than we thought we would. ❤️
So today, I'm celebrating my incredible clients, their new home, and a transaction that taught us all a little something about trusting the process—even when the process is NOT going according to plan.
