Hey 👋 I’m Breanna — Waco-based Realtor®, wife, and proud mom to an almost-teen named Opal (softball mom life is real 🥎).

My real estate story started back in 2012 when my husband, Clay, and I jumped into investing in South Texas. We made our way back to Waco in 2016, and that’s when I officially turned my love for homes into a career.

I have a thing for houses with personality — original hardwoods, vintage windows, built-ins, mid-century vibes… basically, if a house has a story, I’m listening.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me on the sidelines at softball games, traveling with my people, wandering farmers markets, collecting plants I definitely don’t need, checking out local art, or hunting down the best coffee in town ☕️.
