This is a nice house, and some great clients bought it. Welcome to the Republic, friends.

Grateful to get this one done. What a great home for a great family. Such a big decision buying a home. It took a team effort to get it closed, as we needed some flexibility from the sellers. It all worked out in the end, and no one in the deal ever thought it wouldn't work. In those moments, communication was key and a level of understanding from the sellers, the realtors and families downstream who gave us time to work the problem. Big win for all involved. Recently closed a complex one out in Bosque County. Kept it inside the team, as well. I love it when a plan comes together.

Well, well, well....take a look at that. We just closed on 9.5 acres out in Morgan. Very excited to help my clients transition to the next phase. Also excited that we kept the deal on the team, and got two closings out of it. This was one of the first things I put my hands on, when I got here. Took a minute, but we got it done. Who's next?

Had a chance to pitch our Huddle to the brokerage a few months back. Boss Man was out of town, so the knuckle dragger had a captive audience for 45 whole minutes. Good time, and the Huddle Gang did a great job.

The gang did good at weekly training. I had the chance to stand at the front of the room and present what we do at the morning Huddle.

Shout out to our intern, Layden. He did a great job this summer. Even worked a few objections with us during the Huddle. Just heard his name last night at the China Spring High School Senior Night, prior to his football game. Good young dude, who fit in well.

Getting some work done over the past few months.

Off market deal that we were able to get under contract. This one meant the world to the buyers. Fresh remodel over off Macarthur. Such a huge upgrade for this family. The best part of it all, is that they even have a little equity in it. So happy for them, and grateful that our paths crossed. Thanks to Connie and Allie over at Alamo for seeing this one through. I love helping first time home buyers. Who is next?

Our last BBQ at EG. Great time cooking lunch with some great people. Once a quarter, we shut down the team, and cook lunch for the brokerage. Something that started several years ago, then we got away from, and now, it's back.
