Our motto is “Providing rentals you will be happy to call home.” RTC Real Estate is a locally founded, family owned business. We began buying properties in 2016 and officially incorporated as an LLC in February of 2017. Our family has owned and managed rental properties in Waco and Central Texas for several generations. Keeping that lineage alive are the owners of RTC: Randolph Carlson, his wife Terrie Carlson, and their son Casey Carlson. Terrie primarily manages the properties, Randy primarily handles the financials and Casey primarily handles the leases although we all chip in wherever needed. Our goal is to provide “Rental properties you’ll be happy to call home,” and to deliver on that we treat our tenants as we would like to be treated. Additionally we strive to provide homes that we would be happy to live in ourselves. We accomplish this through our wonderful local crew members in Waco who we also consider part of the RTC family. Our maintenance manager, Corina Caliman, has been helping manage our projects and improvements since we started in 2016. She is now in charge of all maintenance issues for all of our properties and she does a fantastic job!!
