RTC Real Estate LLC We provide nice and clean rental homes in Waco Texas. We are committed to our tenants and want them to be happy and comfortable in their homes.

Our motto is “Providing rentals you will be happy to call home.” RTC Real Estate is a locally founded, family owned business. We began buying properties in 2016 and officially incorporated as an LLC in February of 2017. Our family has owned and managed rental properties in Waco and Central Texas for several generations. Keeping that lineage alive are the owners of RTC: Randolph Carlson, his wife T

errie Carlson, and their son Casey Carlson. Terrie primarily manages the properties, Randy primarily handles the financials and Casey primarily handles the leases although we all chip in wherever needed. Our goal is to provide “Rental properties you’ll be happy to call home,” and to deliver on that we treat our tenants as we would like to be treated. Additionally we strive to provide homes that we would be happy to live in ourselves. We accomplish this through our wonderful local crew members in Waco who we also consider part of the RTC family. Our maintenance manager, Corina Caliman, has been helping manage our projects and improvements since we started in 2016. She is now in charge of all maintenance issues for all of our properties and she does a fantastic job!! Casey is part owner of RTC. He is the Director of Productivity at Ben Kinney Team at Keller Williams in Austin Texas. He handles the leases at RTC with his expertise in that area.

Please be aware there are many scam ads out there. Scammers cannot get you in to the house to view it. This is one way to know you are dealing with a scammer!! Also, they will request a deposit before you see the inside of a house (since they cannot even show you the house) so this is another way to identify they are a scammer. If you are interested in one of our rentals we will first text you Pre-screening questions. If those look okay, we will then schedule a showing. If you decide you would like to move forward after the showing, I will then email an application link to every applicant over the age of 18 (I will need each person's email address). Once I receive the application/s I will then forward each person an email that will give me permission to run a background check. You will need to follow the instructions in the email to give me permission. If the background checks come back good and you are approved at that time I would need you to send me the deposit to hold the house and I will at that point remove the ad. ***I need you to feel comfortable sending us the deposit through Venmo, Cashapp or Paypal*** We will send you a “Holding Deposit Agreement” showing you paid the deposit. If you are not comfortable with this then we would not need to proceed with an application after you see the house. (I am giving you this information because recently we have had applicants refusing to send the deposit after they are approved. This could’ve saved us (and them) a lot of time if we had known that ahead of time). After you are approved and have sent the deposit we will also discuss time of move in and other details needed to get the move in process to go smoothly.
