SERVPRO Expands Its Waco Presence with Downtown Warehouse Space

Cromwell Commercial Group is pleased to announce the lease of approximately 26,578+/- SF at 211 Webster Ave in downtown Waco to SERVPRO, expanding the company’s operational footprint in the market with this warehouse and industrial-use facility.

Cromwell Commercial Group is pleased to announce the signing of QDOBA Mexican Eats at 507 W. Stan Schlueter Loop in Killeen, Texas, bringing the growing fast-casual brand’s second location to the area.

Wade Sivess and of represented the landlord in leasing the 2,325+/- SF space of the retail center off the intersection of Stan Schlueter Loop and S Fort Hood St.

With an expected mid-2027 opening, the new location represents more than another dining option and addition to Killeen’s retail landscape. It is a reflection of continued business confidence in Killeen and the broader Bell County market.

National and regional brands expanding their presence in a market are often a strong indicator of underlying consumer demand and the strength of a trade area. QDOBA’s decision to add a second location brings new employment opportunities, additional consumer spending, and increased activity to an established commercial corridor.

For Bell County, investments like this contribute to the larger economic-development story we are seeing defined by population growth, expanding businesses, new investment and continued demand for quality retail and service offerings.

Central Texas Food Bank celebrated the grand opening of its new 64,000+/- SF distribution facility this week at 1402 Gholson Road. The Cromwell Commercial Group team is proud to have played a role in getting them there.

This new northern territory hub positions the Austin-headquartered food bank roughly 100 miles closer to the communities it serves across the Heart of Texas Region, strengthening its ability to fight food insecurity throughout Central Texas.

Cromwell's Clay Fuller led the site search on behalf of the food bank, while Dillon Meek drew on his local government relations expertise to help secure the variance and zoning change that made this location the right fit. What started as a search for the right location, has now come to fruition with a state of the art facility and thriving hub to serve our community.
