Another in-house transaction for the Cromwell Commercial Group team, as Wade Sivess represented the tenant and Josh Carter represented the landlord.

P&F Products is known for delivering high-quality metal and insulation solutions that support construction, manufacturing, and specialized industries across the region. Their expansion into Waco strengthens the region’s industrial base while fueling construction activity, creating skilled jobs, and enhancing Central Texas’ role as a growing hub for manufacturing and materials supply chains.

We are pleased to welcome national network infrastructure solutions provider, SQUAN to the Central Texas market.

Cromwell Commercial Group 's Luke Holler and Stefan LeRow represented the landlord in leasing the 13,000+/- SF facility off I-35 and Industrial Blvd for SQUAN’s new regional operations. This project is an investment in the infrastructure that powers growth across our communities.

SQUAN provides comprehensive network infrastructure solutions, specializing in engineering, fiber, wireless and power systems to enhance connectivity for municipalities, utilities, and developers across the United States. Their presence in Central Texas enhances the backbone that supports business expansion, smart development and long-term economic resilience.

Cromwell Commercial Group’s Raynor Campbell and Jordan Beard represented the seller in Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s recent acquisition of a former dealership property along the I-35 corridor, at 3325 S Jack Kultgen Expressway.

This transaction marks more than a change in ownership, it signals continued investment in one of Central Texas’ most important commercial corridors.

Projects like this contribute to local job creation, activate existing infrastructure, and reinforce the long-term viability of high-traffic corridors that serve as economic backbones for our communities.

Drybar is coming to the new Riverfront Lofts Retail, a Catalyst Urban Development mixed-use project in Downtown Waco. The nationally recognized blowout salon brand, is set to open in early Fall 2026.

This transaction is another example of Cromwell Commercial Group's collaborative approach, withClay Fuller - Commercial Real Estate Agent and Luke Holler representing the landlord, and Gregg Glime, SIOR, CCIM - Realtor and Stefan LeRow representing the tenant. By working across both sides of the deal, the Cromwell team was able to align vision, streamline ex*****on, to find the right business for the right space contributing to the sustained economic growth for Downtown Waco retail.
