Caleb will help you sell or buy your property with fewer headaches while helping you maximize your valuable time and money. Caleb has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2002. Before joining Pecan Creek Realty, he’s worked as a real estate agent for RE/MAX, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, and Magnolia Realty. He’s worked as an account executive at Fisher Investments and as a financial advisor with Cambridge Investment Research and Wells Fargo Advisors. He also crunched numbers in corporate finance and facilitated decisions to make, buy, store, and transport products as a Material Program Manager in the defense industry. Every position Caleb held, his grasp of advanced statistical modeling led to sound pricing and budgeting decisions. So, whether it’s pricing a home to strike the sweet spot in the market between time and profitability. Or, helping clients decide which improvements will add the most value to their home. Caleb is there to help his clients make decisions with confidence. In his spare time, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family, biking, hiking, volunteering with his church family at home and abroad, and coaching baseball and soccer. Caleb has also regularly given to Children’s Miracle Network and a variety of faith directed charities. Caleb majored in Finance with a minor in Economics and graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor degree in business administration. And, it was at ACU that the seeds were planted for teaching stewardship and to responsibly enjoy prosperity and intellectual gifts to bring hope and healing to those in need.
