In compliance with the City of Waco's shelter in place order issued today, our offices will now be closed. The gates will remain operational and your units accessible, but we urge you to exercise caution, and only visit the facility if absolutely necessary. Once the order is lifted, we will re-open our office as soon as possible.

Phone payments may be made by calling us at:
254-776-7714 (Waco)
254-666-1535 (Hewitt)
and selecting option 2. You will need to then locate your account by providing the 10-digit phone number associated with your unit(s),

The online payment portal is reachable on any device, including smartphones, by navigating to https://hgsselfstorage.com, selecting your location, and clicking on “Pay Bill” in the top right.

Payments may continue to be mailed to your facility:

or left in the drop box outside of the office. We will continue to check the drop box regularly.

First time users of the online payment portal will need to click on “Claim Account” on the bottom of the sign on page. You will need to provide your unit number and gate code in order to establish access. If you need a reminder on either of these, please call or email us and we will be happy to assist. Additionally, selecting option 1 from the phone menu will direct you to a customer service representative that can also provide this information.

A quick reminder in light of current COVID19 events:

The safety of our employees and customers has always been our top priority. To this end, and in an overabundance of caution, I am writing to remind everyone of our online and phone payment options that are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. I would ask that you please make use of these resources in lieu of office visits for the foreseeable future. There is no additional fee for either of these payment methods.

HGS Self Storage is seeking a long-term, full-time property manager for a recently remodeled property in Waco, TX to assist us in running the operation at the storage facility.

Founded in 1992, HGS Self Storage and its holdings have grown rapidly as a family business. We value our employees as our single greatest asset. This is a 43-hour per week position, and includes a performance based compensation plan.

The ideal candidate will possess:

-Reliable transportation
-Minimum (2) years experience in a customer service / sales position
-Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
-Ability to learn company's tenant management software quickly and effectively
-Comfort and ability in closing in-office and phone sales
-Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job responsibilities will include:

-Daily customer interaction: rentals, payments, service
-Limited maintenance of storage yard, including trash pick up.
-Monitoring facility email and communication channels for customer and company needs
-Various light physical tasks on the storage yard

Our hiring process will include phone and in-person interviews.
