I just ran across these before photos. Crazy to think this is the same house. Sometimes home renovations takes forever so it’s nice to remember where we started.

Our next flip house! We are excited about this house. It was built in 1959 and pretty much needs new everything.

Before and After of our last home renovation!! These are always fun to see the transformation. We used the same base cabinets beside adding in a section of drawers to the left of the sink. We used Nieu Cabinets Doors to custom make new door fronts.

This hardly looks like the same bathroom. We had lots of help with this room, Addy and Caleb demoed the shower💪. Baylee and Michelle ripped the wallpaper off. A complete gut job but doesn’t mean it has to cost a lot of $. We did a quartz countertop on an oak vanity that I white washed to take out the orange color, and fancied it up with black pulls. Large white subway tile in the shower with gray grout to give it an updated look and of course some shiplap because why not.

We closed on this house today!! .norby.3 and I truly enjoyed renovating this home and working together. We can’t wait to find our next flip. Thank you !! You guys have been awesome to work with. Now on to our next renovation. 🏡
