Unless your house is empty or we’re solving for a specific space, bringing in staging furniture is RARELY needed.

Light staging, like removing that giant ugly chair, (yes, we KNOW it’s comfortable), moving the couch to that side, bringing in a few new fluffy towels, pretty throw pillows, and stylish accents is like, always needed… and good ole’ elbow grease and deep cleaning is a MUST

Your realtor will have an opinion, and staging consultants at the ready - bc even if you don’t need furniture, they’ll give you the deets on how to arrange what you have now + cost effective options to get the look you want, if you want.

But seriously… f***ing clean. And if you’re busy, I got you. 😉
