They had all but given up hope they’d find the one that checked their boxes… because simply moving to Waconia to cut down on commutes to everything wasn’t enough, with those littles turning into bigs.

And remember, it was hard earlier this year, and last year and the year before that… options weren’t available, especially if you were looking for no HOA’s, a yard on the larger side and a bit more of a footprint.

But they found one in the BEST neighborhood in Waconia (because I live there too 🤓) - another immaculately cared for home, ready for this fam to put their stamp on it - and that meant it was all systems GO to get their house on market! The s**t gets real in a hurry 😅

We listed their lovely historic home in St Boni, and in one day, we were under contract 🥳 Might be considered an expert on wells and well rooms now too 😅

Congrats to my awesome new neighbors and the sweet young family that found their first home. ❤️

⭐️September Office Hours⭐️

It might seem strange to announce that I have “working hours” but really, so much of my schedule is dependent on when the right house comes up, and what the client’s needs are when that happens. Throw in networking and volunteer groups… and a couple of very busy boys. 🙈

BUT I love my office and understand how valuable it is to have space for YOU to chat about whatever it is you have on your mind.

OK, OK… I’m not a therapist so don’t get it twisted but you’re wondering what’s up in Chanhassen with their new community center? The Carver County lake home prices? Maybe who to hire for a remodel… OR what you should do now if you think you want to sell in the next couple years?

These aren’t “formal” conversations and even though I’d be insanely honored to earn your business if/when you’re in that phase, you’re in no way obligated.

Kids are back to school - No more surprise tee times and Apple Cash requests… yeah right. Those won’t ever stop 😅😆

We’ve expected fall markets to slow down, historically, but sheesh, inventory is still healthy, with more being added each week. Some homes are hanging out awhile, while others are flying, with multiple offers!

So, to help you make sense of it, for wherever you’re at and/or going, I’m announcing OFFICE HOURS!! I’ll also 💯 encourage purely social pop-bys. BC I’m kinda social ☺️🤷‍♀️🤓

Golfed our faces off for what else but Waconia Hockey Association 💜💛 🏒 We did not win 😔 - our par score was no match for first place at 30 under 😳😂 But I did get an off-market deal done on hole 13 so 🤷‍♀️🏡🥳

Waconia Hockey Association Golf Fundraiser is SOLD OUT 🥳 Makin’ that money for this sport we love so much… by playing another sport 😂❤️⛳️

Market’s a little slower moving with more inventory now than we’ve seen in the last few years. That means there’s some $$ to score if you’re a buyer… and if your a seller, positioning is key🔑

Still into the tile. Shifted to Lake Home population this month. Hot tubs in kitchens. Lasers Daly Aesthetics & Health | Med Spa Minnetonka. 1 month of Ruby. Nieces and nephews. LAX.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but these little farm towns are legit. The garages are big and heated, the yards are 1/2 acre, the homes are the best kept and some are mid-century modern with the greatest fireplaces and lounge bars.

Farm town baseball is a big deal - just had that confirmed by a commercial realtor out of Wayzata that plays for Hamburg.
