Ms. Jolene Realtor

Ms. Jolene Realtor Full time realtor since 1980 celebrating my 40 years. My business is mostly referral. Let me introduce myself...my name is Jolene DeCecco. Sincerely,
Jolene

I have been selling homes since January 1980. I have evolved not only with my hairstyles, but with my experience working in all kinds of real estate markets. Of all the years in the business, this is one of the toughest I have seen. Yes, it is a sellers’ market, the inventory is low, and the question is “where do I go”? My business is mostly referral and I take that as a personal compliment. I try

and guide both buyers and sellers through stressful situations. This market of 2023 has new challenges: low inventory and higher mortgage rates, but selling prices are stabilizing. The bidding wars of the COVID period are mostly over, so the panic buying has definitely slowed down. It is becoming a more normal market, people will always have to move, buy and sell in their life. I have worked and sold in markets of rates 17-18%. The lenders have become more creative in their lending portfolio to help consumers with the mortgage process. I am grateful to be in this business, I was able to meet many amazing people along my journey. I am present for one of the most important decisions in a person’s life. I am so lucky to be part of that! Don’t hesitate to call or text me if you want to touch base and get my input on your personal situation. Remember, Technology is Important but EXPERIENCE COUNTS! My staff and I CAN GIVE YOU BOTH!

It might seem like a contradiction, but the best way to sell your house for the highest price possible is to list it for a little less than it’s actually worth. But a lot of sellers have a tough time taking that advice, and decide to list their house for much more than it’s worth. …

🏡 Fun Fact: In the US, 32% of real estate licenses are held by brokers or associate brokers. What's the difference between an Agent and a Broker? A real estate broker is an agent who has passed their broker license exam (basically additional credit hours). The main difference between a real estate agent and broker is that a real estate broker can own a firm or be an independent contractor, while a real estate agent must work under the supervision of a broker.

These experts provide crucial guidance for buyers and sellers, making real estate transactions smoother.🌟
