🏡 Don’t Skip the Pre-Drywall Inspection! 🏡

This home may look great right now, but once the drywall goes up, thousands of dollars worth of important components will be hidden behind the walls forever.

A pre-drywall inspection gives buyers an opportunity to see and document the home’s structure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other critical systems before they’re covered up. It’s often the best chance to identify issues while they’re still easy for the builder to correct.

During a pre-drywall inspection, we look for things like:
✅ Structural framing concerns
✅ Improperly installed plumbing or electrical components
✅ Missing fire blocking or safety features
✅ HVAC installation issues
✅ Moisture intrusion concerns
✅ General construction quality and workmanship

Even with reputable builders, mistakes can happen. Finding them now is far easier—and far less expensive—than after the home is finished.
