One island, different market stories. 🏡🌴 August’s neighborhood update takes a closer look at Moanalua–Salt Lake condos and North Shore single-family homes.

🏙️ Moanalua–Salt Lake condos/townhomes
• 15 closed sales, up 36% year over year
• Median sales price: $410,000, up 6%
• Median days on market: 51, compared with 42 last August
• 70 active listings at month’s end

🏠 North Shore single-family homes
• 12 closed sales, up 50% year over year
• Median sales price: $1,277,500, up 11%
• Median days on market: 13, compared with 23 last August
• 45 active listings at month’s end

Both areas saw more sales, but the pace differed: condos in Moanalua–Salt Lake took longer to sell, while North Shore homes sold faster. With relatively small monthly sales counts, these numbers are best viewed alongside longer-term trends and comparable properties.
