🏡 Lahaina keeps rebuilding. Lahaina Residential broke ground on 60 Front Street homes lost in 2023, with construction starting Oct 19. 📋 Bill 9 update: on Sept 29 the County Council referred hotel-zoning review for 32 shoreline condo complexes in Māʻalaea, Kīhei and West Maui to the Planning Commission.
