Our Maui Gold Ohana is doing everything we can to help provide relief to Maui. The Coast Guard turned us away at the Mala ramp so we were heading to Kaanapali when an amazing group of surfers on jet skis chased us down and helped us offload to Waihikuli (Archie's Beach). About 40 trips to shore to bring clothes, drinking water, diapers, hygiene supplies, fuel, and of course hundreds of pounds of pineapple. These last few supply boat runs wouldn't have been possible without Maui Reef Adventures, who was also hit hard by the fires. Maui Gold pledges to keep providing relief as long as we are able.

Maui Food Bank helps to provide hunger relief to those in need by collecting and distributing food to organizations and agencies throughout Maui County.

7/24 CPR/AED starts 9-11

If you are looking to support LOCAL, in the KIHEI area, where it is ono & AFFORDABLE? Check out this bomb LOCAL restaurant owned by KONO, located right in the Longs drugs(cvs) area, tucked in the corner, it's called TANPOPO. Not many people talk about it because not many know about it. Its a mixed fusion between local, japanese, & american & lemme tell you, if you like steak & not having to go someplace ritzy to get it, check them out, steak is cooked to perfection, comes with caesar salad, corn on the cob, & an amazing sauce that just HITS🤣 everytime u take a bite. He also serves this amazing dish called, "CHICKEN KAARAGE" holy sh**, talk about melts in the mouth and so ono. He also has lots of local stuff like Loco moco, katsu curry, tonkatsu, shio ramen, etc, and also this bomb dessert they just started making, TAIYAKI🤤, holy moly, you get it served nice & warm with ice cream & you can choose the filling to be custard, Nutella, etc, but this dessert is EVERYTHING, a long with ALL his bomb food. Oh & they also serve alcohol as well as SAKE.

If your in Maui, Kihei side, this is ONE hell of a place to see & support, you will NOT be disappointed.🤙 — at Tanpopo.

Authorities have picked up the snake.

Pro surfer, Ian Walsh of Maui hosts the 19th Annual Ian Walsh Menehune Mayhem at Ho’okipa Beach Park, this weekend, May 13-14, 2023. This year’s Menehune Mayhem will see over 400 kids ages 15 years old and younger participate in two days of surfing.
