When purchasing a custom or new construction home, having a seasoned buyer’s agent represent you is essential. Building a custom home is a distinctive journey—as a skilled agent with strong builder relationships, I help clients evaluate neighborhoods and builders, explore lending options, negotiate contracts, develop design ideas, manage budgets, and navigate challenges throughout the 10–12 month building process. For sellers of custom homes, I bring the expertise needed to market your property’s unique features effectively, ensuring it stands out in the market. Originally from Pittsburgh, I earned my degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Sales and Marketing from Penn State University. I began my real estate career in Phoenix in 2005, following five years in Resort Sales in Orlando and San Antonio. In 2012, I obtained my North Carolina real estate license after relocating to Raleigh for my husband’s job. My husband and I are blessed with two boys, Braden (born in 2012) and Bryce (born in 2014), and our rescue dog, Zoe. Outside of real estate, I enjoy bible study, working out, sports, and traveling. I am passionate about helping children and serve in my church’s nursery and special needs ministry. I also support various organizations dedicated to assisting kids in need.
