I was truly honored to receive the 2025 Legacy Award from the North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute this past December.

This recognition means a great deal to me, as it reflects many years of service, collaboration, and shared commitment to strengthening both our chapter and the appraisal profession as a whole. I am grateful to have worked alongside so many dedicated professionals and leaders who care deeply about advocacy, education, and the long-term integrity of our industry.

Thank you to the Chapter leadership and my colleagues across North Carolina for this meaningful honor.
