Conveniently located near dining, shopping, and public transportation, The Crossings at Heritage offers cottage style apartments for seniors 55 or better. 1 & 2 bedroom one bath options are available featuring fully equipped kitchens, vaulted living rooms, included washer/dryer, and great patio space. The one-story residential design with private entrance makes living easy, private, accessible, and convenient. Our rates are determined by HUD based on the Area Median Gross Income- not an individual’s. The office team is available to answer your questions about pricing, restrictions, floorplans, and availability.
