There’s a point in every new build where it goes from “they’re building our house” to “OMG THAT’S OUR HOUSE.” 🏡

And we think we officially hit that point.

We stopped by to check on the progress, sent our clients a few pictures and got this message back:

“Ahhh it’s a whole houseeee 🙌🙌🙌”

And THIS is why new construction is so much fun. 🥹

One day you’re looking at a homesite and a set of plans, and before you know it there are walls, a second floor and actual rooms taking shape.

Getting to check in along the way, send our clients little progress updates and share in their excitement as their home comes together is one of the really fun parts of what we do. 🏡🩷

It’s starting to feel like home. And we’re so excited for them.

Hot take… but we stand by it. 👀

That extra bedroom might sound great on paper, but the neighborhood you come home to every day matters too.

Your commute. The people around you. The sidewalks, parks, pools, and places to walk. How your kids spend their afternoons. How easy it is to get where you need to go.

Sometimes the “perfect” house isn’t the one with the most bedrooms. It’s the one that fits the life you actually want to live. ❤️

And honestly, that’s something worth thinking about before you ever make an offer.
