You may have noticed that we've been out on the town lately seeing many of your beautiful faces, courtesy of the awesome local street fairs.
A question we have been getting more often is, "what makes you different?"
That made me realize - we need to share more directly about WHY we are different!
Did you know that Anova does not use sales people? For all real estate transactions, we don't use transaction coordinators, either. When you decide to do business with Anova, you're deciding to do business with us - Matt and Ashley.
Matt visits all of our construction clients for their free design appointments. We don't send in high pressure sales people with limited construction knowledge. That visit is spent discussing your wants vs your needs, your budget, and your use of the space. There may be options you didn't even know were on the table; it happens more often than you'd think.
What else makes us different is in our core belief that our business is built and has grown on relationships. You are allowing us into your homes, your safe space. That is such an honor. We aim to cultivate a lasting relationship long past your home project, purchase, or sale. We view our clients as an extension of our Anova family.
This has gotten very long winded, but I felt that if people are asking me that to my face at these events, it's likely you guys would want to know, too!

Shouting from the rooftops: CONGRATULATIONS! YOU DID IT! We are so excited to be trusted in helping these amazing humans manifest their dream home. It was our pleasure! Derric and Danielle, we will miss our constant contact, and we hope Pepper loves her HUGE backyard! Let me know if Mom ever stops calling is a "castle." We can't wait to see what Danielle's eye for design does with the space! Phrase of the transaction, "we don't do lack mentality!"

If you follow us, you know that in January there was a significant winter storm that caused the Downtown Raleigh Home Show to fully cancel. This news came after many business, including our own, spent thousands of dollars on materials and labor hours building our sets that you come to see. No money is able to be reimbursed for those lost costs. This could not have come at a worse time for businesses in the home industry.
When many people think "shop local," they think their local coffee shop, retail store, or restaurant. We would like to bring attention to those families that are in your community that own and work for small businesses in the construction industry too! Winter months bring delays in hours of daylight that can be worked, temperatures too low to work effectively in or to complete tasks such as pouring concrete or exterior paint, as well as the general slow down of people choosing home improvements during the holiday and winter months.
What we are asking from our neighbors: Are you considering a new deck, porch, fence, kitchen, bath, paint, windows, anything on your home as the days get longer and warmer?
