💫They found their way to Erin through a referral from fellow REMAX agent Susan Morrison, who connected with David, who connected them with Erin. They knew they wanted this area for their first home. They lost out on one offer along the way, but it wasn’t quite right anyway. Then they saw 69 Meriam with Erin and fell in love on the spot.

They took Erin’s advice and went in with a strong, competitive offer. And they beat out five other buyers to get it! 🎯

Denise and her (grown) daughter Chloe came to REMAX Harmony looking to buy their first family home. They spent weeks playing real-life Goldilocks with Erin. Four years ago, Erin helped Nina buy her top-floor condo at 77 South in Jamaica Plain, Unit 3. Nina fell hard for JP right away. Along the way, she also fell for Adam, and the two got married. 💕Last summer, over dinner, Nina and Adam told Erin they were dreaming of more space for 2026. This spring, Erin helped them buy a bigger home, still right there in the neighborhood they love.

Then came the part that always brings a little bittersweetness: listing the very condo that started it all.
