Are the interest rates higher right now? Yes!
Are houses still selling? Yes!

Been a little busy to post but we got these two beauties Sold in Wakefield in days of lisiting them. 🤠
The sellers of each house were fabulous to work with which makes my job so much better ! It’s a win win for all!
Also they will be spending the holidays in there new homes. How special!
