🚨 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE INHERITS A HOUSE… BUT HAS NO IDEA WHAT COMES NEXT? 🏠

That’s a situation I’ve seen play out over and over again as a real estate investor.

On August 19th, I’ll be joining the panel at the Candor Worcester Meetup, hosted by Andrew Freed, where we’ll be diving into probate, inherited properties, and the challenges that can come with them from the perspective of a real estate investor.

We’ll talk about some of the situations I’ve personally encountered:

👉 Families dealing with probate who didn’t realize what they were getting themselves into.

👉 Multiple family members with different opinions about what should happen with the property.

👉 Homes occupied by family members or tenants.

👉 Properties that have been neglected and need significant work.

👉 Legal, financial, and logistical challenges that can make an already difficult situation even harder.
