Had an amazing training with Eddy Charger today. He touched on so much with Bird Do***ng. So much education and info to help us be better at this skill. My biggest take away was how to message other wholesalers to find properties. Building relationships with other wholesalers is vital to you business, and we have the right mentor to teach it to us. Our DMV door knocking team is out here every week, knocking on pre foreclosures to see we can help. We had a couple new comers today that had an amazing time and said they'll be coming out with us again.

We want to help as many people as we can, so if you want to join our team, DM me, and let's get you out here with us. Get over your door knocking fears, because honestly, it's not that bad. They say the average to get your first deal from knocking on doors is 100 doors. We'll we're not worried about our first deal, we're wanting to get to the first homeowner we can help out of foreclosure, whether it's a deal or not, at least we helped them stay in their house. That's a win in my book📖
