Skills

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Ability to perform outbound calling with confidence and professionalism
• Good analysis skills to understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience with payment handling, typing accuracy, and call center procedures enhances your candidacy
