Here are some Halloween safety tips to keep in mind from the Adams Crossing Apartments Community:
-Carve pumpkins safely (or not at all) and avoid sharp knives.
-Beware of fire hazards and moving vehicles.
-Make costumes safe by using face paint or makeup instead of masks.
-Add reflective elements to costumes for better visibility.
-Have an adult inspect treats carefully before eating.
-Use safe walking practices while trick-or-treating in the community.
-Trick-or-treat in groups or with trusted adults.
