Today we visited Indigo Trails a DR Horton community with the kids. We talked about the building process and the differences between new construction and resale homes.

WHS REAL ESTATE Academy had our first speaker of this school year, Jalen Norwood.
Jalen is a buyers agent on The Deante Thomas team at KEller Williams Red Stick Partners brokerage. He runs an Airbnb management company as well as being nominated for the Real Producers “best social media influencer” award this year. House Call Central & Surrounding areas stopped by today to show the kids some of the good, bad, & REALLY ugly of Home Inspections!

Latoya Lender Harrison stopped by the class on Tuesday to educate the kids on lending. They learned a little of everything, from loan types, the loan process when buying a home, & even some steps they can take right NOW in high school to start establishing good credit for themselves. Latoya was OVERFLOWING with info & the kids were so engaged that we're already trying to schedule her again! Thank you for taking the time to come out to Walker High School & speak to our group Latoya!
