🔥 THIS ONE WAS A NAIL-BITER! 🔥

I've had some wild experiences in my nearly 15 years as a Realtor, but this listing is one I definitely won't forget!

Shortly after going under contract, the Hagen wildfire broke out. Over the next month, the property was under a Level 3 evacuation TWICE, the road was closed for nearly two weeks, and closing had to be pushed back more than once.

Apparently, banks and insurance companies aren't big fans of properties sitting in an active wildfire area. 😬🔥

But thanks to the incredible work of HUNDREDS of firefighters and first responders, the cabin—and so many others—was ultimately marked safe.

And after weeks of watching fire maps, evacuation notices, road closures, and changing closing dates...

🏡 THIS ONE IS OFFICIALLY SOLD! 🎉

This story had a happy ending, but sadly, many others across the Pacific Northwest haven't been as fortunate this fire season.

Continued prayers for everyone affected by these devastating fires—and for the firefighters and first responders working tirelessly to protect our homes, land, and communities. 🙏❤️
